11HOW CAN SUGAR 2.0 BE NON-GMO IF IT’S MADE FROM CORN?
Unfortunately, American corn is mostly genetically modified. Therefore, we source our corn on the international market. Our corn is non-GMO certified.
12IF I WANT TO REDUCE MY SUGAR INTAKE, COULDN’T I JUST USE LESS SUGAR IN MY RECIPES?
For many recipes, the final product wouldn’t be sweet enough and would leave your sweet cravings unsatisfied. Sugar also plays a vital role in flavor, browning, structure and moisture retention. If you used less sugar in a cookie recipe the result would be a cookie that isn't sweet, flat and dry.

15ISN’T SUGAR ALREADY GLUTEN FREE?
Sugar is gluten-free. However, some fiber products have gluten. Our fiber is gluten-free.
