  • 2 cups uncooked organic old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup dried unsweetened cranberries
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/3 cup shelled sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup white chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup toasted quinoa
  • 3/4 cup choice of milk
  • Honey 2.0
  • Cranberry Muesli
